Yes. Qwezly is fully licensed by the Bank of Jamaica. All user funds are held in segregated trust accounts at our banking partners — meaning your money is never co-mingled with company funds and is protected even in worst-case scenarios.

No problem — send via email or phone number and they'll get a secure link to claim their funds. They have 7 days to download Qwezly and claim. If they don't, the money is automatically returned to you.

Verified accounts can send up to $500,000 JMD per day, with higher limits available on request. All limits are configurable per account based on KYC tier.
